Cancellation Policy

We hold session times specifically for you, so late cancellations have a real cost. By booking a session with Form, you agree to the following:

Cancellations or reschedule requests made more than 24 hours before the session start time are free of charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time, and no-shows, are charged at the full session fee.

For multi-session packages, the same notice rule applies to each session. Forfeited sessions are not credited back to the package.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, email [email protected] as early as possible. We work with clients on genuine emergencies.
